This Project Coordinator is the functional supervisor for NCJTC marketing and design team. This position collaborates with the FVTC College Marketing team and is responsible for the development and implement an NCJTC’s integrated marketing strategy. This position interacts with internal and external constituents to advance NCJTC through various marketing communication channels and outreach efforts.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan and budget that supports NCJTCs mission and strategic initiatives.
Manage the NCJTC brand image including design standards, logo usage, and design templates to maintain a consistent, professional image.
Oversee the development and maintenance of an effective NCJTC website that meets consumer standards, and provides an exceptional customer experience.
Create key communication vehicles that inform customers and funding agencies of offerings and activities of NCJTC across platforms (email, web, digital, mobile, social media, print, and video).
Coordinate marketing business processes and systems advising on in-house or outsourced services use.
Provide updates to the executive team and NCJTC employees on marketing strategic initiatives.
Lead the marketing team in the design, development, and implementation of targeted marketing and promotions.
Interview, hire, or effectively recommend new employee hires and staffing levels.
Assign, direct, check, and evaluate work of employees and conduct performance reviews.
